WARRANTY – RETURN POLICY

NOTICE: Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled since the sleeper mattress is “Custom Made” to your dimensions. It is the responsibility of the customer to properly measure the dimensions for their mattress.

WARRANTY: If the customer feels they received a mattress made to incorrect dimensions, the customer is advised to not use the product whatsoever and to save all shipping materials to enable the return of the product.  Once the product has been used, it cannot be returned under warranty. Furthermore the customer must notify our offices within 7 calendar days of receiving the product of such defect.    Additionally we warranty against defects in manufacturing* for a period of 30 days from the date of original order.  *This pertains to the outer damask fabric tearing or stitching of the fabric or seams coming loose. Defects such as these will become very apparent within the 1st 30 days of use if such a problem should arise.

RETURN POLICY: *Defects in manufacturing (materials/workmanship) – Customer must notify us of any issues as soon as they may become aware that such issues exist. If customer decides to return the product for inspection, then they must contact us for assignment of a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) prior to returning the product. Consumer is responsible for repackaging and shipping costs associated with returning the mattress to our manufacturing plant in Wheeling West Virginia for inspection.

INSPECTION: Once we receive the sleeper mattress, we will inspect it for proper size, and defects in materials/workmanship.

1. If it is determined that the sleeper mattress fails to meet the measurements as originally ordered, or that there be any defect in material/manufacturing process, we will produce and ship a replacement product meeting the same dimensions as originally ordered at our cost.
2. If our inspection determines the sleeper mattress meets size specifications as ordered and that there are no defects in the materials/workmanship, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs associated with the repackaging and return shipment of the product.
