Our Sleeper RV Mattress for Truck Sleepers/RV/Boat are designed exclusively for motor vehicle and recreational vehicle use and exceed all DOT and MSV codes and requirements. Each mattress is 100% certified flame retardant, high density polyurethane foam construction, covered in DuPont Teflon coated damask fabric. This fabric is highly flame retardant and specially manufactured for motor vehicle use. Certification is sent with each mattress.
Comfort
We design our sleeper RV mattresses to cradle your body and its natural contours, such as hips and shoulders in a unique way, allowing for gentle support without compromising firmness or comfort. In addition, the open cell structure of the foam permits air to circulate throughout the sleeper mattress providing a cooler sleep in the summer as well as a warmer rest in the winter.

When it comes to bedding – you get what you pay for
Don’t be mistaken by other “foam mattresses” that claim to be comfortable, because not all foam is created equally.
When it comes to Quality Polyurethane foam made for Bedding – two things apply:
1. Density – pertains to the amount of polymer used or the foams’ weight. This is the “quality” element. Polyurethane foam is measured on a density scale of 0 to 2.8. We use a density of 1.5 lbs in our RV Mattress.
2. Load deflection – Load deflection is basically how “stiff” is the foam or how hard does it feel. The ILD of the “quality” of foam we use in our RV mattresses is rated at 35. A low density foam with a high IDL (Indentation Load Deflection) will feel firm but not stay firm for long. We use a very high density foam with an ILD of 35 that keeps its designed feel for a long time. This is a medium firm feel that appeals to the widest range of customers.
